Relay buttons do not work

Question

I am trying to manually change the relays by clicking on the GRIDview screen button but they don’t work.

Answer

If Transfer All or Opt Out is ON the Relays will not toggle from GRIDview.

Transfer All pushes the Event Signal: Pending, Moderate and High to their respective Relays. When there is no Event the relays will be OFF.

Opt Out inhibits the relays to prevent accidental toggling of the relay from GRIDview .

The lock graphic indicates the relays cannot be toggled.
