VTN Connection 2.0a

With Administrator privileges the user can make the connection to the Demand Response Server (VTN Virtual Top Node) by modifying a text file

 

After selecting your device from the dashboard

In the device screen select Device / Files

This screen will open with both binary and text files

Typically there will be existing files that can be edited

Select edit for the Text file named/nvram/gridlink/dras_client.ini for 2.0a devices

If the text file does not exist, enter the load path directory with the text file name as shown below for the correct file

Change Status to PENDING

Enter the parameters as shown in the Example

Example

Scroll down through the text and change the 4 text lines shown in RED below.

Caution do not change any other line as it may cause the GRIDlink not to function properly.

Save File to download configuration

Status will change from Pending to Success when GRIDlink changes the configuration and confirms
