To the extent of AWS security for users logging in, we do not use a white listing of IP addresses as a strategy. The only way someone would be prohibited is by the country of origin. As long as the IP address is of the allowed countries then there should not be an issue.

As part of our underlying firewall technology, there are other security mitigations as well in which IP addresses from a known bad actors are blocked. Also any new IP address which behaves in certain ways are locked out and put into in a blacklist.
