Smart Phone Opt-Out

My phone no longer recieves texts from GRIDview

If you respond to a text from GRIDview by one of the recognized Opt Out codes like STOP, GRIDview will stop sending all texts to that particular phone number. It has the added affect if you selected text message in your MFA to this phone number, that will be blocked as well and you could be locked out.

Contact Support to be Opted In. Note if a second Opt Out command is received it will require a 30 day wait for the Opt In to take affect.
