Status Reports are not Updating on Time
Status Reports are not updating every 10 minutes.
When load averages exceed the normal level of ~1.5 to 2.7 the Linux OS begins to allocate resources to the Open ADR system and conversely begins to shut down secondary (lower priority) systems. One is Status Reports.
Status Reports are normally sent every 10 minutes and seeing a message indicating a long duration since the last report usually coincides with a higher load average. Load Averages (processor loads) commonly occur when there are network issues.
The fix for this problem (assuming the netwrk problem has been corrected) would be restart services through GRIDview or reboot the GRIDlink locally. If the problem does not clear after this then notify the network administrator.
