When loading sxclient-gridview-2.4.14-119-powerpc into a new GRIDlink 1.0 device, there may be an issue with an unavailable file. In order to successfully load the newest sxclient:

 

1. load the sxclient-gridview-2.4.5-96-powerpc
2. wait for the unit to get online
3. load the sxclient-gridview-2.4.14-119-powerpc

 

This should fix the failure to communicate to GRIDview if downloaded successfully.
