NPT Servers not Found
What does it mean when I see a message in the Status Report nptdate; no servers can be used, exiting
“nptdate; no servers can be used” indicate a network problem that does not allow the GRIDlink to synchronize its on-board clock.
If the problem has existed since installation then the network administrator must open
Outgoing Port UDP 123 NTP
The fix for this problem (assuming the network problem has been corrected) would be restart services through GRIDview or reboot the GRIDlink locally. If the problem does not clear after this then notify the network administrator.
