Create New User Account
Prior to logging into GRIDview a user account must be created. Once your account has been created, it will be authenticated and associated with one or more Customer (End User) accounts by tech support.
A project manager is named for all new accounts who then establishes which user are permitted to access GRIDview.
Since the GRIDview Technician has already input your email, type in your email, and click “Reset my password”.
You will then be sent an email to reset your password.
